Hi have used some month Emmabuntüs Debian Edition 4. The Bluetooth dongle and bluetooth has worked direcly and where fine.
now i have installed Edition 5 now Bluetooth does not work. what can i do? thanks

on the Edition 4 there was a symbol of my headphone after search. i could connect it and trust it, etc.

Did you put your headphones in search of Bluetooth before pressing search (Suche)?
I don't know your headphones, but on mine, a Sony, after going from Emmade4 to 5,
I had to pair it again by pressing the button on for 7s then when I heard "pairing" Do "search" (suche) and it appeared.
It can be long and even exceed the time or headphones is in pairing mode. In this case you have to start the operation
again until the headphones appear in the window.
Then right click on the headphones and "connect".
If you've already done this procedure, then there is a problem either on your Dongle BT or on the headphones.
The dongle seems to work according to your feedback.
But we can make sure with: Bluetoothctl

I always look for the headphones from the notebook and not the other way around.
I've done that 100 times. As I said, it always worked that way with Edition 4.
i am getting this error report:

Your Bluetooth controller (adaptator) is correct too. it's run well.
Maybe there is a problem with the headphones? But there I cannot help you ...

headphone is well seen by Bluetooth so everything works well.

Made me think that if your headphone is paired to another device, it does not allow pairing on the Linux device. It is certainly occupied by another device(s) and cannot be used by EmmaDE.
Stops all Bluetooth, Windows, notebook and mobile phones.
Then try pairing again on Linux.

Nein der Kopfhörer ist nicht mit anderen Geräten gepaart. Ich trenne es jedesmal logischerweise.
Du sagest der Kopfhörer wäre defekt. Ist es nicht sonst kann ich es z.B. nicht mit meinem Handy paaren und nutzen.

Sorry, wenn das Headset nicht defekt ist und nicht von anderer Hardware genutzt wird. Da der BT-Controller nach der Rückkehr von „show“ für EmmaDE in Ordnung ist.
Ich weiß nicht, was die Kopplung verhindert.
Vielleicht versuchen Sie es mit dem Bluetoothctl-Befehl zu koppeln?
Aber ich verwende kein Linux, ich erinnere mich nicht an den Befehl.
Wenn Sie unter „bluetoothctl“ „help“ eingeben möchten, erhalten Sie eine Liste der verfügbaren Befehle, einschließlich der Suche nach Geräten.
Ansonsten schaue ich es mir heute Abend an.

Ich habe am selben notebook jetzt mit Linux Mint LMDE 5 gebootet über ein Stick.
Ich konnte über den selben Bluetooth dongle und Bluetooth Kopfhörer eine Verbindung erstellen. Es hat alles funktioniert. Siehe Foto im Anhang.
Bluetooth Dongel und Kopfhörer funktionieren definitiv.
Ausserdem sind die nicht gepaart.
Ich brauche Bluetooth auf dem Emmabuntüs. Ich höre gerne Musik. Möchte deshalb nicht eine andere Distro nutzen.

Es tut mir wirklich leid, aber ich sehe nicht, wo Ihr Problem auf Emmade5 ist :-[... Alles ist in Ordnung, die Kopfhörer und der BT -Controller.
Haben Sie das Paarung über BluetoothCtl versucht? Ich glaube es nicht wirklich. Aber wir können es versuchen. ::)

Ich habe eben mit Version 4 gebootet (live USB Stick). Bluetooth klappt sofort. Anbei ein Foto. Alles läuft perfekt. Die Musik läuft sofort über Bluetooth Kopfhörer ohne Probleme.
Aber mit Version 5 klappt es nicht. Gibt es hier ein Profi der mir helfen kann.
Wollte die neuste Version 5 nutzen.
Alles ist gleich. Gleicher Notebook, Kopfhörer, Bluetooth Dongel. Alles ist gleich. Nur die Emmabuntüs Version ist anders.

Sie sollten es mit einem Live-emmaDE 5 versuchen und nicht mit einem 4 (vielleicht haben Sie das getan?)
Dadurch können Sie feststellen, ob es sich wirklich um Version 5 handelt, die nicht mit Ihrer Hardware kompatibel ist, oder ob das Problem beim installierten System liegt.
Wenn es mit Live-EmmaDE 5 nicht funktioniert, sollten Sie einen Test mit einem Live-Debian-12-Bücherwurm xfce durchführen. (oder mit einem Live-LMDE6, aber Cinnamon unterscheidet sich zu sehr von xfce. LMDE5, das Sie live getestet haben, ist das Äquivalent von emmaDE4.)
Wenn bei zwei Live-Geräten (emmade5 und debian 12) das Bluetooth nicht funktioniert, wissen wir, ob es wirklich ein Problem mit emmabuntusDE5 ist.
Mit Version 5 gibt es kein Problem.
Ich habe Emmabuntus DE 5 und das Bluetooth funktioniert genauso gut wie auf Version 4.
Das Problem liegt bei Ihrem installierten System für Ihr Material . Aber ich kann das Problem nicht finden :-\ .
Wir können weiter suchen.
